Opposition leader Raila Odinga has today affirmed that ODM is as united as ever and blamed the media for reporting misleading information over the party.
Speaking at a press conference in the company of MP Ababu Namwamba, Raila said he will institute legal proceedings against The Star newspaper for funning differences within ODM ranks adding that Mr Namwamba had dissociated himself with the anti-referendum utterances.
Raila assured that ODM will soon be holding party elections.
The former prime minister also dismissed a fictitious list of candidates for various posts in ODM hierarchy that will allegedly take over the leadership of the party.
