Activists dumped old TV sets and chicken outside CA offices on Waiyaki Way, Nairobi in a demo against the switch-off on Friday.
The National Civil Society Congress claimed the signals were turned off after CA Director General Francis Wangusi and Information CS Fred Matiang'i 'ate chicken'.
Led by coordinator John Wamagata, the protesters demanded Matiang'i and Wangusi's resignations.
"We are calling on President Uhuru Kenyatta to sack Wangusi for mishandling the digital migration process," one of them said.
NCSC further demanded that Wangusi reveal the owner of the Pan African Network Group.
The protesters said they support the digital migration but want the process to be transparent.
They said the migration should not be rushed noting that there is ample time before the June 17 deadline.
