MP Alfred Keter wants the national government to declare corruption a national disaster.
Keter said Kenyans are impoverished by corrupt cartels and “untouchable personalities”.
He said it is difficult for the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to address graft as its top officials have been mentioned in the underhand deals.
Keter was speaking at the Koitaleel Samoei University College on Saturday.
