Hey Al shabaab, we didn't start this but we'll finish it

6 May 2014

Lately this terrorists cell calling itself Al shabaab has resorted to blowing up our buses and employing spineless tactics thinking they would scare Kenya into withdrawing their forces from Somalia.

In the past one week alone, they have blasted at least for different locations causing injuries, deaths, fear and most of all, they have caused pain to our societies and to the families affected by their attacks. They are transferring their fear of loosing the raging war in their stronghold. And they are transferring it to us, the public.

It is pretty unfortunate that some idle and clueless Kenyans have now started tapping in on the negative energy that the Shabaab are spreading in our web space. A number of chicken-hearted Kenyans and especially on Twitter are hurling insults at the government KDF and every other entity they can think of. It's even worse that the CORD political outfit has had the courage to release a statement urging the government to retreat.

I think I now understand why they always get rigged out of electoral victories. They are too timid and run off to mama whenever they get a just little bit scared. Then they loose!

Standing down for a couple dozen of disenfranchised youth is not something I believe soldiers should do. After all, they attacked us first. They blew up our mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers and those we ever cared about. They sent them to early graves. As if that was not enough, they rendered our port, Mombasa, unsafe and almost useless. They would hijack ships on the high seas and demand ridiculous ransoms. They would then come to Kenya with the ransom money and act like they owned us. Establishing all kinds of high capital investments and treating us like slaves.

That's when KDF were deployed to impart some order and discipline into Somalia and show the militants who was boss around here.

Al shabaab are a bunch of loosers. They are surrounded on every front and they may keep running, but they will not hide forever. They have lost every single war staged on their turfs by KDF, Amisom and other troops. Their firepower and manpower is dwindling, their supplies have been cut and they are indeed dying out. They now hide in the shadows, waiting to pounce but in most cases, their operatives are intercepted before they can even harm a fly on our soil.

At times they get a lucky shot. And when they do, the idle and clueless Kenyans go about venting their emotions on government, the police, KDF and God knows what else they talk about. They load Twitter's servers with millions of misinformed tweets. Heck, some even just tweet to be seen! They have no idea what they are talking about. Before we entered Somalia the problem was there, now we are in, problem still there. If we leave will the problem vapourize?

The latest attacks are the last kicks of a dying horse. Let's show these anarchists that we never give up.

Yeah, they are blowing up stuff left, right and centre. Is that all they got? Kenya's got bigger bombs and we'll blast them to hell.

What Al shabaab seems not to realize is that Kenya is the home of long distance runners. As such, they don't understand we always go the full mile and NEVER, ever drop out, retreat, surrender nor give up. We just move on and on and on until we win. And we always win.

Al shabaab should also know that it's gonna take more that a few grenades to scare Kenya into caving in.
