Kenya on Thursday dropped seven places to 111th from 104 in the latest Fifa rankings.
Harambee Stars lost to Egypt early this month in an international friendly match in Cairo and were knocked out of the African Cup Of Nations pre qualifiers in August by Lesotho.
Before the two legged tie against Lesotho, Kenya were placed 95th but have been sliding since.
Uganda are the highest ranked team from the East African region at 79th followed by the Kenyans as Tanzania are placed 115th.
Ethiopia have dropped 20 places to 132. Rwanda are 93rd while Burundi are 130th and Sudan 133rd.
Algeria are the highest ranked African side on the continent at 18th followed by Ivory Coast at 22.
Tunisia are third on 31 and Ghana follow at 33. World champions Germany top the rankings followed by World Cup finalists Argentina, with Colombia third, Netherlands fourth and Belgium fifth.
Brazil are sixth followed by Uruguay, Spain, France and Switzerland.
