Kenya's entertainment industry mourn veteran comedian, Mzee Ojwang'

Kenya’s entertainment and television industry is mourning after the death of veteran actor and comedian Mzee Ojwang.

Mzee Ojwang, real name, Benson Wanjau died at Kenyatta National Hospital last evening shortly after admission while complaining of severe chest pain. According to his family, Mzee Ojwang had suffered from severe stress and depression after losing his job at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC). The severe depression then led to his health failing.

Mzee Ojwang had to be rescued by previously by Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko and had eye surgery after loosing his job at KBC.
