A Kajiado Central voter has asked the High Court to block JAP from participating in the March 16 by-election saying the party is not registered.
Justice Isaac Lenaola certified the case filed on Monday morning as urgent.
This comes amid President Uhuru Kenyatta's first visit to the area to campaign for JAP candidate Patrick Tutui.
Uhuru held a public rally at Namanga town and another in Tutui's home turf, Il Bisil.
Tutui will vie for the seat against ODM's Elijah Memusi.
The case will be heard on March 11.
