The National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale on Saturday warned governors in Jubilee coalition to stop supporting the referendum push or face disciplinary action.
He warned the governors that if they carried on with their push for a referendum, it would be deemed that they supported the opposition hence they would loose party sponsorship.
He also hit out at the referendum campaign by the governors and said that their reasons were not strong enough to warrant a referendum.
Duale was speaking at a fundraising ceremony in Masalani sub-county, Garissa County.
