Quincy Timberlake pleaded innocent before an Australian court on Tuesday to murder charges filed against him by Brisbane police.

Timberlake, husband to former TV and radio personality Esther Arunga, was arrested on Tuesday following an autopsy report on his three-year-old son Sinclair who died on June 18.

Timberlake’s lawyer, Chris Ford released a statement on Wednesday saying that his client had directed him to make an application to the Australian Supreme Court for bail following an order by the court to remand Timberlake until December 4.

“The death of a child is tragic in any circumstance. In this case a loving father has been charged with the murder of his own son,” Ford told www.brisbanetimes.com.au adding that Timberlake will be defending himself against the charges.

Meanwhile, Kenyans on and off the web have expressed different reactions to Quincy Timberlake's woes. Mostly rude attempts at humour, others sarcastic and a few genuine concerns.

Below are some of the reactions by Kenyans:

"Wololo Esther Arunga na mashida zote and people think Ephesians 6:1 is a joke??? Weh!! She should come back home woiyee."

"You so right, this damsel had been accorded the highest level and quality education money could buy by her parents. She had sailed around the world twice before finding unprecedented fame on Kenyan TV. How does someone of that Class fall from such grace, to grass and finally to ignominy and then this, all in the name of love. What a waste!"

"I never believed someone can be brain washed but now I do."  This was echoed by another fan who wrote, "Poor family but this lady, Esther, how can she marry such a fellow? No that I think he is guilty but the fellow is so fake that this lady could not see through him is a wonder."

The online jury gave their verdict too. "Unlike Kenya, in Australia such crimes have to be investigated and concluded. I foresee life sentence," one reader wrote as another added that, "Killing another human being is wrong, gross and crazy. Killing your own flesh and blood is beyond any comprehension. Indescribable."
