Twenty three Machakos MCAs walked out of the county assembly on Tuesday when Governor Alfred Mutua rose to address the representatives.
The walkout came immediately after speaker Bernard Mung’ata completed his welcome note to the governor.
The 23 MCAs included 19 who have been critics of the governor, something that is now sending political shivers in the countyon the growing opposition.
